Prepare any questions regarding the closing process.
Confirm the time and location of closing at Venture Title & Escrow.
Bring valid photo ID such as driver’s license, state issued ID card, or passport that are not expired.
Make sure all signers attend closing with you.
Bring a cashier's check or request a wire transfer for any funds to close. Start this process early, wire transfers can take 24-48 hours to initiate.
Coordinate with your real estate agent the transfer of keys to the property.
Seller
