        Information Collected: The information we do collect will vary based upon the ways in which you use our Website. For example, if you are merely visiting our website, but do not have an account to log in to Ascent accessible through the Website (“Ascent”), the information we collect from you will be different than the information we collect in other situations. With that in mind, depending on how you interact with us, we might collect the following information from or about you:

  • Your first and last name, email address, cell phone number, and related contact information;

  • Your IP address, user name and password, zip code, time zone, and other geolocation data;

  • Your device information such as your mobile device ID number, model, and manufacturer, version of your operating system, phone number, country, and location;

If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional communications, such as security alerts, important updates and notices related to your access to or use of the Website or those about your online account (if you remain an accountholder) or our ongoing business relations via email, text messages or other communication modes.

        International Users: We are headquartered in the State of Idaho, which is situated within the United States of America (“USA”). The Website is hosted in, and Venture Title’s products and services are offered exclusively within, the USA. If you reside outside the USA and access the Website or otherwise choose to provide information to us, please note that you may be transferring your information to us in the USA, and in so doing, you consent to the collection, transfer and use of information in accordance with this Policy.
