We’re excited to welcome Matt Grenke to the Venture Title & Escrow team as an Escrow Officer.
A Treasure Valley native, Matt has worked in the title and escrow industry since 1998. Over nearly three decades, he has built extensive experience across residential, new construction, refinance, land, and 1031-related transactions. That experience has given Matt a deep understanding of the escrow process and how to help buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals navigate each transaction with confidence.
For Matt, though, escrow has always been about more than the details of the transaction. His favorite part of the job is the closing table.
It’s where he gets to connect with clients, answer their questions, and see all the pieces of a transaction come together. Matt takes pride in being a knowledgeable resource throughout the process and providing the level of service his clients and real estate partners can depend on.
As someone who was born and raised in the Treasure Valley, Matt also brings a strong connection to the community he serves. When he’s not at the closing table, he enjoys traveling and finding local adventures with friends and family.
