Brian Sturm

Born and raised in Boise, Brian Sturm brings more than a decade of lending and management experience to his role as the Escrow Team Leader at Venture Title & Escrow. Brian leads with a servant-leadership philosophy and a people-first mindset, focusing on clear communication, consistency, and the relationships he builds with clients, business partners, and his team. He is committed to cultivating a positive culture and supporting an escrow experience that is simple, predictable, and personal for everyone involved.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and two young boys, traveling, reading, and connecting with friends.
