Diana brings extensive accounting experience to the Venture team, with a background spanning manufacturing, wind energy, and agriculture. Known for her dependable follow-through, attention to detail, and strong sense of ownership, she approaches her work with honesty, integrity, and a commitment to supporting those around her.
She especially enjoys the satisfaction of completing financials and helping keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes. In her role, Diana strives to be a reliable resource for the team, whether assisting with payroll, HR, or accounting-related questions.
Diana earned her B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from California State University. She has called Nampa home for nearly 20 years and appreciates the strong sense of community and access to Idaho’s outdoors. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, kayaking, gardening, traveling, and spending time on creative projects and crafts.
