Kala began her career in the title and escrow industry in 1989 in Spokane, Washington, starting as a courier and receptionist before growing into roles in customer service, title, long-term escrow, and ultimately, her favorite place—escrow. With more than three decades of experience, she brings a deep understanding of the entire transaction process and a steady, knowledgeable presence to every file. Today, Kala serves as an Escrow Officer known for her accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional client service.
Her work is rooted in strong communication, trusted relationships, and meticulous attention to detail, helping ensure smooth and successful transactions from contract to closing. She takes pride in supporting her team, mentoring others, and fostering a collaborative environment where everyone can thrive.
Outside of the office, Kala enjoys spending time with family and close friends—especially her new granddaughter—along with her beloved dog, Lola. She loves cooking, hosting dinners, and attending concerts and music festivals, often traveling far and wide. With a long bucket list still ahead, she’s always ready for the next adventure.
