Kurt Gustavel
About
Kurt serves as Chief Financial Officer and Board member. Prior to Venture Title & Escrow, Kurt had a successful 25-year career with Idaho Independent Bank (IIB) until it was acquired in 2019. Under Kurt’s leadership, IIB became known for its dedicated relationship bankers and service to Idaho businesses and individuals. During his career with IIB, the bank grew from a small start-up to a $725 million publicly held institution with 200 team members.
His experience also includes leadership with various organizations including the Idaho Bankers Association, Idaho Community Bankers Association, and Young Presidents Organization. Kurt holds a B.S. in Business Information Systems from the University of Idaho and is a graduate of the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking. He and his wife, Leanne, have two sons and he enjoys running and hiking in the Boise foothills.
