Lupe Rodriguez brings more than 30 years of experience in banking and mortgage lending to her role as a Junior Escrow Officer at Venture Title & Escrow. Known for her strong customer service and relationship-focused approach, Lupe is excited to continue growing her career in the title and escrow industry while helping clients navigate the closing process with confidence and ease.

A lifelong Idaho resident, Lupe is deeply connected to the Treasure Valley community and enjoys serving a diverse range of clients. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she is committed to creating a simple, predictable, and personal experience for every customer.

Outside of work, Lupe enjoys spending time with her family, camping, and fishing throughout Idaho.
