Venture Title & Escrow is expanding to better serve the Treasure Valley in Canyon County! We are thrilled to announce the opening of our new office in Nampa, Idaho, near the Idaho Center. This addition complements our headquarters in Meridian and our satellite office in Downtown Boise. This growth aligns with our commitment to providing the exceptional service you’ve come to expect while remaining locally owned and Idaho-focused.
A handpicked team from our Meridian location, with over 75 years of combined experience, has worked to get the office up to speed and ensure that the standards of Venture Title & Escrow are met with every interaction. The Nampa office escrow team will be led by Escrow Officers Amy Anderst, Sara McClintick, and Beth Myers. The sales team will be led by Sales Executive Tyler Gustafson. A new face on the Venture team, Jonathan Mendoza, will be taking on the role of Office Coordinator, ensuring our commitment to delivering best-of-class service to lenders, real estate agents, and their clients.
