What began as a vision to deliver a better title and escrow experience has grown into something even more meaningful. Over the past four years, we’ve expanded our team, built lasting relationships with real estate professionals and lenders across the Treasure Valley, invested in the communities we call home, and continued to grow—even through one of the most challenging real estate markets in recent history.
Along the way, we’ve reached milestones we’re incredibly proud of. We’ve been selected as the preferred title and escrow partner for the Valnova community, strengthened our impact through organizations like the Idaho Youth Sports Commission, Idaho Foodbank, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and Boys & Girls Clubs, and remained committed to providing exceptional service to every customer who trusts us with one of life’s biggest transactions.
We’re also honored to have been voted Idaho’s Best and Best of Treasure Valley in both 2025 and 2026. Receiving these recognitions in back-to-back years is especially meaningful because they’re a reflection of the trust our customers, REALTOR® partners, lenders, builders, attorneys, and communities place in our team every day.
While we’re proud of what we’ve accomplished, we’re even more excited about what’s ahead. As we continue to grow, our focus remains the same: delivering a closing experience that is simple, predictable, and personal while giving back to the communities that have supported us from the very beginning.
