We’re excited to welcome Wes Keller to Venture Title & Escrow’s growing commercial team.
Wes began his career in the title industry in 1991 and brings more than three decades of experience across every aspect of the title process, including title examination, escrow closings, plant posting, recording, and leadership roles. Throughout his career, he has supported complex commercial transactions involving shopping centers, hotels, restaurants, fuel stations, industrial and processing facilities, and other large-scale commercial projects.
In addition to his transactional experience, Wes has served as an industry instructor, developing and presenting educational content on title-related topics for real estate professionals. His depth of knowledge and steady approach make him a valuable partner for brokers, lenders, attorneys, and investors navigating commercial transactions.
After spending much of his career in Alaska, Wes now calls the Treasure Valley home and is thrilled to join Venture’s growing commercial team and support its continued growth. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, camping, spending time outdoors, and traveling. Wes and his wife, Stella, stay busy supporting their three sons’ hockey dreams and spending time with their two adult daughters.
