As we close the book on 2024, we’re reflecting on a year filled with incredible milestones, meaningful community impact, and shared celebrations. At Venture Title &; Escrow, we believe in making a difference both in the office and in the community, and this year was no exception.
One of the most exciting parts of 2024 was welcoming new members to the Venture team. Our escrow team grew with the additions of Michelle Turner, Michele Wilkey, Alec Cindrich, Taylor Russell, Nicole York, and Nikki Mele. Our admin team also expanded with Diana Schulz, Mary Ortiz, Jonathon Mendoza Vazquez, and Abby Nichols joining to support daily operations. It’s been inspiring to see our team grow and develop, laying the foundation for even greater success.
From opening new doors to giving back, here’s a look at some of the highlights that made 2024 unforgettable.
January: A Milestone Moment
We kicked off the year with a major milestone—our very first closing in Nampa. This achievement marked the beginning of an exciting chapter in expanding our reach and serving the Treasure Valley.
February: Supporting Idaho’s Youth
Our team joined hands with a local Realtor®; to collect much-needed items for foster children through the Essentials Project Drive. Additionally, we spent an evening volunteering at the Idaho Foodbank, sorting food and building on our team culture.
March: Giving the Gift of Life
In March, we hosted a blood drive in collaboration with the American Red Cross, helping to support their life-saving efforts. Every donor’s contribution made a tangible difference in our community.
May: Spring Cleaning for a Cause
Our Spring Clean Clothing Drive was a tremendous success! Thanks to the generosity of our team and community, we filled three vehicles with donations for City Light Home for Women and Children and the Interfaith Sanctuary, helping individuals and families in need.
June: Another Blood Drive, Another Chance to Give Back
We continued supporting the American Red Cross, hosting a second blood drive to make a tangible impact on local health.
July: Celebrating Milestones
This July marked our second anniversary as a company—a milestone made even more special by the opening of our first fully staffed Nampa office. This growth reflects the trust and support we’ve received from our clients and the community we’re proud to serve.
August: Back-to-School Support
In partnership with NAOR, we collected new and gently used shoes, socks, and undergarments to benefit students in need at Nampa schools. Together, we made sure kids could step into the new school year with confidence.
September: Grand Opening and Giving Back
The September Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting of our Nampa location was a day to remember! We were thrilled to welcome local leaders, clients, and community members while presenting a $1,500 donation to the Boys &; Girls Club. It was a celebration of growth and giving back.
October: Leadership in Action
Strategic planning for the future was a central focus in October, as we looked ahead to 2025 and beyond. As part of the planning, our leadership te
am spent an afternoon volunteering at the Women’s and Children’s Alliance, contributing to an organization that provides critical support for families in crisis.
November: Spreading Thanksgiving Cheer
This November, we contributed to a Thanksgiving food basket drive with Midtown Church to provide for 30 families in the Treasure Valley, ensuring everyone had the opportunity to celebrate the season. We also joined the annual Rake Up Boise initiative to help local seniors prepare their yards for winter.
December: Closing the Year with Gratitude
We wrapped up the year with gratitude by launching our new Community Initiative: Venture for a Cause. With $3,000 raised for the Boise Rescue Mission, we ended 2024 on a high note, ready to continue making a difference in 2025. Our customer appreciation celebration this month also highlighted how grateful we are for the relationships we’ve built and the trust we’ve earned.
